Explorer launches a variety of new products and features, including new 3-Month Insurance

SANTA CLARITA, California – November 15, 2011 - Explorer Insurance Company, a member of ICW Group, announced today that it is introducing a several new products and features designed to broaden its offerings for customers, as well as help its agency producer partners write and retain more business. Highlights include the following:

• 3-Month Insurance – This highly convenient term is perfectly suited for the needs of seasonal customers. This new plan better serves short-term customers, saves their costs on installment fees, and reduces agency's risk to longer term cancellations.
• Convenient Artisan Program – Whether for work or for play, this new program is sure to please artisan customers. It enables a business vehicle to be on the same policy as personal autos. It also allows customers to visit more job sites (3 per day), travel a greater driving radius (100 miles), and to take advantage of Explorer’s multi-car discount (increased to 25% for BI and PD coverage).
• Expanded Grace Periods – To help keep customers happy and loyal, Explorer will be increasing its late fee assessment to 5 days and its reinstatement period to 30 days.
