1. CEO Luncheon Series

This series involves agents and brokers from all lines of business, meeting with ICW Group CEO Kevin Prior and other key executives. The events provide participants the opportunity to tell us how they see it and to offer new ideas on how we can better serve our partners.

Luncheon Program Off & Running!

Several luncheons have been held in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas with Workers' Compensation and Earthquake partners, and have been a big hit with those attending.

We recently held another session in the Los Angeles area with a select group of our Workers' Compensation partners. Agents spoke openly and candidly about their thoughts on our services, programs, tools, as well as the industry at large. They provided many ideas and key insights for how we can better serve our customers in both of these lines of business.

Overall, the events have proved to be very productive and we have received valuable, direct feedback!
