Training Videos & References

Several step-by-step videos and reference guides are available in Snap. You can locate these ICW Group resources by following these steps:

1. Logon to Snap.
2. Click on the Help button (upper right-corner of the screen).
3. Scroll down and click on the ICW Help link, as shown below:

Snap Administrators' Login

Use the Snap Admin Login button below to go to the Snap Administrative site.

Snap Desktop Icons

These "executable" files install Snap "short-cut icons" on your own desktop. Once installed, simply double-click to open Snap.
