If you had an outstanding balance from your previous bill, it will now be itemized as a "balance forward" for your convenience. The balance forward may span multiple periods.
The due date for your payment is listed in the right-column of the Payment Invoice page on your bill, under the heading "Due". Payments must be received by ICW Group by that listed date.
No. The credit will be applied automatically to your payment invoice.
Only if your policy is set up "by location". If so, each will be listed separately starting on the second page of your statement.
