• As of March 1, 2007, the Insurance Company of the West has begun offering Earthquake and Flood limits along with their very competitive Commercial Property coverage. This coverage is available through appointed agents and brokers.

  Appointed retail agents can access EQ limits up to $1,000,000 for risks within California and $2,000,000 for all other states. Appointed wholesale brokers can obtain EQ limits up to $15,000,000 depending on the risk location.

  The combination of Earthquake/Flood and Commercial Property coverage on the same policy creates a highly valued insurance product in today’s competitive marketplace.
