1. Pay Online!

* Select your policy type: Earthquake Explorer Auto Workers' Compensation 

Use our free Pay Online! service, to:

• Set up recurring payments.
• Print payment confirmations.
• Pay with your Visa™, MasterCard™, or American Express®.

             

* Note: Explorer Auto customers will be transferred to the Explorer "Make a Payment" website when clicking Go.

2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Transfer funds from your checking or savings account electronically. Contact your Premium Accounting Representative for banking information at (toll-free) 800.877.1111, x 17262, 7:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.

Making workers' compensation payments and unable to pay online? - Use this convenient EFT Form to set up automatic payments from your account.

3. Send via Mail

Make check or money order payable to "Insurance Company of the West".

4. Send a Check by Fax

Fax to our Premium Accounting department at 858.350.2802.

1. Write on the check or a cover memo (if using cover memo, identify check #):
   "This check authorizes ICW Group to debit our account."
2. You will receive a faxed confirmation.
3. Keep your original check - do not void or mail.
