  Make an Online Payment

Simply login to onlinepay.icwgroup.com, create an account and set up your options.

  • No regular mail, express mail, overnight mail, or wiring fees.
  • Prevent policy cancellation by avoiding lost or delayed checks sent in the mail.
  • Set up recurring payments for future invoices.
  • Print the payment confirmation with the touch of a button.

  Send a check by mail

Overnight Mail:

  Send a check by Fax

Fax your check to our Premium Accounting department at 858.350.2802. This gives us permission to issue a duplicate check on your behalf.

  1. Issue a check.
  2. Add the following on either the check or a cover memo. (If using a cover memo, identify the check number): "This check authorizes ICW Group to debit our bank account as per the attached check."
  3. Once received, we will fax back a confirmation showing the duplicate check we created.
  4. Keep your original check- do not void or mail it to ICW Group.

  Transfer funds through a Bank Withdrawal

Transfer funds from your checking or savings account electronically through the Federal Reserve Bank's Automated Clearing House (ACH) system. Contact your Premium Accounting Representative for banking information at (toll-free) 800.877.1111, x 1032.

  Wire your payment
