RMRx is free to all ICW Group Workers' Compensation clients.

How can I learn more about the individual RMRx Suite of Tools?

You will receive bi-weekly email announcements of upcoming webinars that will walk you through the functionality of each program. Also, you can access online video training as needed directly from within RMRx.

What happens if our organization leaves ICW Group for coverage elsewhere?

Policyholders will have 30 days to print or download their information from the site. After 30 days, access is no longer available.

Who do I contact for support?

You can contact your Risk Management Consultant, Contact Us, email riskmanagement_rx@icwgroup.com, or call the support line at 877.429.5222.

How do I enroll other individuals within my organization?

Each company is provided with one company username and password, which you can share with the appropriate individuals within your organization. This ensures that everyone can view the same database of information.

You can also request that other individuals receive the bi-weekly email bulletins through the Control Panel > Email Addresses.

I have multiple locations that each need their own individual access to RMRx. How do I request this?

You can create separate access codes to allow each location to view their own database. Everyone will use the same company issued username and password; however each location will then enter in their own unique access code.

To create location specific codes, select Control Panel, then Manage Multiple Sites.

Contact your Risk Management Consultant or Contact Us to have this option set-up for your company.
