ICW Group is one of the top 25 largest writers of surety bonds in the United States. Approximately 94% of our surety business is construction related, the balance being license and permit, miscellaneous and court bonds.
Our Surety Division is staffed with experienced surety underwriters who are dedicated to customer service. We encourage teamwork and our success depends on communication.
History
The Surety Division started its contract surety business in 1979. Prior to that date, the company handled a small book of L&P business. Surety is one of the Company's most profitable lines of business, having shown a continuous underwriting gain in 25 of the last 26 years.
Locations
The Surety Division has 17 branch offices, staffed with experienced surety underwriters. Offices are located in Birmingham, Boise, Concord, Dallas, Denver, Fresno, Houston, Jackson, Memphis, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, Seattle, and Tustin. All surety business is written through independent agents appointed by local branch offices.
