Enabling Cookies in Common Browsers

Instructions for Chrome, Edge, IE 11, Firefox and Safari

We use cookies to manage your login session for our sites. Please follow the instructions below to enable cookies in commonly used browsers. If you don’t see your browser here, simply do an internet search for “enabling cookies for (your browser name)”. Thank you!

Chrome

  1. Click the “” (3 vertical dots) in the upper right-hand corner of the browser bar to open the “Customize and control Google Chrome” menu. (Alt + E, S)
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under “Privacy and security”, click to open Cookies and other data.
  4. Click to turn on Allow all cookies OR click to open “Sites that can always use cookies” and add this site’s URL. Example: https://myresource.icwgroup.com

Edge

  1. Click the “…” (Settings and more) button in the upper right-hand corner of the browser bar (Alt + X).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Privacy & security.
  4. In the “Cookies” section, click Don’t block cookies.

Internet Explorer 11

  1. Click Tools or the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the top of the browser bar. (Alt + X, O)
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab and then the Advanced button on that tab.
  4. Set the “First-party Cookies” and “Third party cookies” both to Accept.
  5. Check Always allow session cookies.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close and restart your browser.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Open menu button in the upper right-hand corner of the browser bar.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Privacy & Security.
  4. In the “Enhanced Tracking Protection” section, select Standard.

Safari

  1. Click Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. In the “Cookies and website data” section, make sure Block all cookies is unchecked.
  4. Close the Preferences window.
