Michael Molina is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 30 years of experience. Specializing in talent acquisition, culture transformation and employee engagement, Michael brings an in-depth knowledge of all HR functions and has a track record of promoting and supporting new thinking and innovative solutions to critical business challenges. Joining ICW Group as vice president of human resources in 2020, Michael is inspired when helping Team Members develop and is focused on creating personalized employee experiences that motivate top performance.
Prior to joining ICW Group, Michael was a consultant conducting human capital due diligence for a private-equity firm. Prior to that he was a business executive and chief human resource officer for Vistage International serving as a change agent and talent developer for the world’s leading CEO peer advisory and executive coaching organization. Additionally, he has executive HR experience in Fortune 10, private and start-up organizations in a variety of industries.
Michael’s leadership has led his team to be recognized for five consecutive years by Training & Development Magazine as a Top 125 organization in learning and development, ultimately achieving a rank of #7 in the world. He has also received the “HR Professional of the Year” award from San Diego Business Journal. Michael received his Master of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations, Cum Laude, also from West Virginia University.
