Pay Online:
Your policyholders can make an instant payment online or schedule automatic payments using our payment portal (EZ-Pay) accessed through myResource (in partnership with PNC Bank).
Payments can be made via credit card, checking or savings account.
Pay by Phone:
To make a payment using our automated phone system, please call 888-339-0843.
A copy of your invoice will be needed to complete the transaction.

Report Payroll with EZ-Report

EZ-Report, ICW Group’s pay-as-you-go billing system, simplifies the reporting process for eligible clients. Premium payments are based on actual payroll, not projected annual payroll. Helpful tutorials and resources are available on our Policyholder Center.
