Our team members are empowered to give back with paid volunteer time or employee donation matching campaigns that benefit programs dedicated to creating a brighter future for our youth.
For more than a decade we’ve partnered with the San Diego-based charity, Promises2Kids, who provides services to the region’s foster youth. ICW Group gives through volunteer work, fundraising support and an annual giving campaign where we match donations from Team Members. In 2023, ICW Group was named the charity’s Corporate Volunteer of the Year.
