Because the issue was identified and resolved, she was able to begin the program she had chosen without interruption. Even better, the remaining voucher funds were available to help cover additional expenses related to her new profession, including her licensing and professional association fees.

The injured worker successfully completed the phlebotomy program and went on to pass her state licensing exam. Today, she is equipped with new skills, a professional credential, and expanded opportunities for employment.
