Longtime ICW Group leader to oversee critical functions supporting risk management, capital optimization, and growth
SAN DIEGO (October 15, 2026) – ICW Group Insurance Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Noland as Head of Ceded Reinsurance and Enterprise Risk Management, a new leadership position that reflects the organization’s continued growth and commitment to underwriting excellence, disciplined risk management, and long-term financial strength.
Noland, who joined ICW Group in 2004, has held various roles in reinsurance, catastrophe, and property underwriting. Most recently, Travis served as Vice President, Catastrophe Underwriting, where he led DIC and mono-line flood.

Throughout his career at ICW Group, Noland has earned a reputation for driving innovation, strengthening performance, and developing high-performing teams. Under his leadership, the company’s earthquake underwriting operation gained recognition throughout the reinsurance and broker communities for its advanced analytic capabilities and underwriting excellence.

Noland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
